Russian Language School “Enjoy Russian” in Karelia

invites everyone to visit Karelia and improve Russian language skills in summer 2009
Our participants attend language classes, stay with Russian families and visit the most interesting sights of interests in Karelia.
In summer 2009 we offer the following language courses:
−    Summer Active Russian Language program in standard group (4-10 people)
Courses:  All levels
Dates: June - September
Costs:
The total cost of the 2–week program is 260 euros incl. 40 hour course + homestay (incl. breakfast)
The total cost of the 4-week program is 520 euros incl. 80 hour course + homestay (incl. breakfast)
−    Russian Language program in mini-group (2-3 people)
Courses:  All levels
Dates: June - September
Costs:
The total cost of the 2–week program is 340 euros incl. tuition + homestay (incl. breakfast)
The total cost of the 4-week program is 680 euros incl. 80 hour course + homestay (incl. breakfast)
−    One to One course
Courses:  All levels
Dates: any time you wish. You may choose any duration of the course: 10, 15, 20 hours per week.

−    Special course for organized groups (min 10 people)

Scholarship is available
You have chance to receive a scholarship covering the tuition fee for Russian language study in July-August 2009.
What do you need to do?
- fill in the application form at our site http://www.enjoyrussian.com/ before April, 6 2009
- imagine yourself as a great writer and write your composition on one of these topics:
1. “Adventures of foreigners in Russia: humor story about your traveling around Russia”,
2. “What stereotypes and myths about Russians still exist in your country”,
3. “Free composition” - you are free to choose your own topic connected with Russia

The composition can be written in Russian or in English.
Who is eligible?
- any person who is interested in Russian language and culture,
- any person at the age of 18-35 years,
- any person who is not the citizen of the Russian Federation
The decision on the candidate who gets the scholarship will be made by a jury, which consists of 3 members and presented at our site on April, 20 2009

Deadline for applying: 1 month before the program starts (you will get tourist visa up to 30 days).
2 months before the program starts (you will get cultural visa up to 90 days).
